The environmental initiatives set forward by the Patrick administration represent a major step forward for the state and indeed for the country in taking the lead in increasing the use of clean and renewable energy and in combatting green house gas emissions.
These steps will make it much easer for individuals and families to start drawing energy from wind and solar power, and will help to boost economic activity in these sectors.
I only have time to mention this briefly today, and I would be happy to see this replaced by a more extensive diary, but I think the Governor and his staff deserve major praise for these steps.
