She’s a “cocky wacko,” [Chafee] told a Washington think tank earlier this week.
Granted, a quote like that would usually generate a “4” rating here on BMG, but I still find it succinctly accurate. Ever the Anti-Lieberman, Chafee really did get a raw deal back in 2006.
