     so “that’s course …course not” doesn’t seem to make much sense.  I’m kind of hearing, “that’s horse**** ….course not”.

       now I’m hearing “course not … course not” too.  Then I hear Obama say “course not” afterward, so I don’t know at this point, it’s hard to determine.
