It is 107 pages. I have not read it yet; turns out I am now facing out patient eye surgery [ouch] and reading and writing online are tougher than usual; I am hoping this will be temporary.

p>Does this mean legislators are exempting themselves? If so, the whole thing is bogus. How many expensive lobbyists are hanging around trying to influence line placement at the RMV?
