Buried at the end of the Globe’s story on Ed Markey’s expected, and Andy Card’s somewhat unexpected, decisions not to run for Senate, is this important tidbit:
In addition, former candidate Jack E. Robinson took out nomination papers yesterday.
Excellent, excellent news. Jack E. Robinson spent a fair amount of time on BMG when he was running against Steve Lynch back in 2006. If Robinson gets in, we look forward to more enjoyable conversations with him.
And, just for kicks, we present this oldie-but-goodie: Robinson’s 30-second campaign ad against Steve Lynch from the 2006 race, which was actually pretty funny.
Please share widely!
