The Pagliuca one links to a spreadsheet of contributions (only a 141 contributors, mostly rich investment types although Danny Ainge and Doc Rivers both gave the max). The Coakley and Capuano ones are pdfs containing FEC contribution forms. The Khazei one is a spreadsheet of campaign expenditures.
Pags has nifty headers, allowing for quick search in his xls file.
Coakley used great software to generate text-searchable pdfs from her spreadsheet. Not as useful for data mining, but clear enough to be “open”.
Khazei also uses xls, but doesn’t include Town as a column?!?! P.S. “friend of max stahl” isn’t an occupation.
Capuano alsu uses an auto-gen pdf, though it’s not as pretty as Coakley’s.
Brown used an xls spreadsheet, with a formatting better than Khazei but worse than Pags.

Has anyone done the percentages yet? How much for primary and how much for general?
This is pure speculation, but I presume that the candidates
