Although I am a gay man I am, for a change, in the company of the majority of people who have no idea what it is like to be transgender, having few experiences with transgender associates to gain understanding from. That does not allow me to forget that all Americans are equal in the eyes of our government and deserve to be judged by their individual actions, not as part of a malevolent group.
