Very interesting–
Presence of Swat Teams at a car next to undamaged auto-parts store later burned out, timing of explosion and regularity of burning cars in a car lot, and multiple buildings burned all along same street where Swat teams were heavily present.
Possible use of flash grenade by a Swat member….

If this is indeed arson, then the actions strongly suggest planning further up chain of command to demonize local folk, by ‘outside agitators’ who happened to be so-called law enforcement.
One would not be surprised by this type of planning.
