He spends all summer criticizing Trump in the harshest possible terms, until Trump won, and then spent a month sniveling and grovelling in hopes of getting SecState. Now it turns out that Trump was literally trolling him, and is now handing over the keys of American foreign policy to a hostile foreign power.
And Romney can’t even be a semi-credible critic anymore after his month of obsequious kowtowing.
If if only that guy had a principle or even a single vertebrae.

and all the other self made sons…..who are afraid to acknowledge that without daddy’s fortune, they’d be just like you and me.
This dawned on me last night. When he is inaugurated (if it gets that far!) this will he the first real JOB held by Trump. Prior to this he has lived off of his daddy’s money, investing, gambling, winning and losing, but never ever actually working. And we, the American people are his employer. He is a pubic servant and we need to remind him of that. His recent comments about not taking daily security briefings because “Hey, like I’m a smart guy”, are not going to cut it with me. Mr. Trump, DO YOUR JOB, you work for us, not the other way around. Get used to it.
Rick Perry is reportedly his pick to be Secretary of Energy, a department he wanted to eliminate in the famous “oops” moment of the 2012 cycle. My favorite speech of Perry’s was the one where he denounced Trump early in the primary season. Is Trump that charismatic in person? Does he have something on these guys? Are they that desperate for power?
Romney especially embarrassed himself. Any idiot on the street could’ve told him Trump was trolling him.
I never liked the man. He, like the Clintons, represent individuals that I never trusted, admired, or liked having been a Republican and a Democrat. They all come across to me as ambitious and not giving a shit about people like me. Watching them fall give me a guilty pleasure.
But with Romney, this is an epic pleasure. This self-made-son accepts the endorsement and donations from Trump when he is running, then tears into Trump’s immoral behavior with his campaign, then kisses Trumps ass in public, looking for a handout?
Mitt, you deserved every moment of this. I hope it stings for a long, long time.
“His Expediency.”
We never got it to stick the first time.
And why I have less respect for him than I do the Rick Perrys, who at least has principles of his own, even if I disagree vehemently with each and every one.
