23 skiddoo: What are they really running for?

May 16, 2019 By Trickle up 13 Comments

I have lost track, and for once am quite happy to let the good people of New Hampshire sort out the differences between mayors Pete and Bill and Julian. But how many of the folks are really running for President? How many for Veep, … [Read more...]

Elizabeth Warren is running the best campaign

April 15, 2019 By Trickle up 7 Comments

November 17, 2018 By Trickle up 47 Comments

Or, is he just nuts?Specifically: Does Moulton lead a block of Democrats pledged to vote for Kevin McCarthy (R-Cal.) to be the next Speaker of the House of Representatives? That seems incredible to me, yet it is the only way the following … [Read more...]

Ride home tonight via an inland route, with a stop @sweetgreen. The improvements to cycling infrastructure on Tremont and around the Boston Common and Public Garden vs. what was there a year ago are incredible. Bravo to @BostonBTD + groups like @bostonbikeunion! (1 of 2) #bospoli

When Scott Brown won in January 2010, Alan Khazei told us, “you can’t read too much into it. It’s a special election!”

Bad result but good to keep in mind.

Yikes.

The idea of a Pro Life Trump supporter winning Suffolk 19 is not out of the ordinary. Winthrop is particular is much more right leaning that Revere. And Revere got severely out voted. When Capobianco had his story, that left you with two progressives. #mapoli
