Malden Teachers and community members out yesterday to protest the 100+ pink slips in handed out by the district this past week.

Many who were let go "for performance" haven't even received their annual performance reviews yet.

Today, same-sex marriage is legal in all states.

Between May 17, 2004 and December 31, 2004, nearly one in five marriages in Massachusetts was a same-sex marriage.
