1/3 NY awarded contracts for 2.5 GW of OSW the day before @MassGovernor vetoed the #NextGenClimate bill, which included 2.4 GW of OSW for MA. The result? NY is now positioned as the “undeniable center of gravity” for the E. Coast OSW industry.
